Re: Where do you put your 12v battery?
I've got a revo 13 too Jeff. Battery is a 7.2ah SLA stored in the hobie gear bucket in the rear hatch.
Why cause its easy, watertight and secure.

Re: New to Kayak Fishing.
Gday caleb,
Welcome aboard. Suggest to have a good read of the safety section posts and posts on kayak rigging.
Suggest u choose another day for your first trip if venturing out on the bays. Wind conditions not likely to be suitable.

Re: Fish Tanks
No fishing happening lately so guess will contribute to the fish tank thread instead. We have 3 tanks on the go trying to get down to 2 keeping mainly South Americans. Our largest tank a 220L contains 3 x Bristlenose catfish, an adult female & male and a juvenile female. The adult female we've h...

Pivoting the AI on the rudder when lifting could be a long term problem. I pretty much wore out the back point of the revo over years of car topping. Bit of a concern with the AI as the pivot point is the rudder itself. Got to try to work out some sort of solution where the rudder is not taking the...

Re: roof topping a revo 13
I have transported mine both ways, but prefer upright as it allows to be mostly set up saving time at launch and also retreive. Sometimes throw a kids kayak on top also and easier to do this upright. Another plus having upright when travelling is you can pack light stuff in the hull(pfd's, wetsuits,...
