Re: Hvalross: PA12 and Safety Questions
Apart from the Hobie itself the Kokotats pants were the best purchase for kayak fishing I made. Makes it so much more enjoyable to be warm and dry
PS make sure you get some wetsuit booties or croc shoes so you dont tear the pants

Re: whats a good tandem for port phillip bay
I had the Oasis for my first kayak. Stable as and lots of fun with a mate. I sold mine and got a outback because my mate and brother loved it so much they both bought hobies. Was hard getting kids out of bed super early for a fish so it became a bit of a chore getting the bigger yak onto the water a...

Re: how would a hobie revolution13 handle the bay?
My mate Tribey has the Revolution 13 and he loves it. He has the white front hatch container like I do for my outback. He also has sidekicks for the bay because he uses the sail a bit. Inland he doesn't use it. He is very happy with it. Im not sure if new model 2015 Revo is getting new vantage seat?...

Plugged into the 2.1A output with the internal camera battery out it works fine until I turn wifi on. It then shuts down I presume not getting enough power to run everything. Grrrrrrrr ...

Gopro external battery power modification long run time
Hi Vyak. Just saw this on another webpage and was quite interested about getting a long run time for Gopro camera. We all know battery power on these cameras are average so was interested to see this modification for a long life external battery. With WiFi on it chews through battery life on interna...
